This Privacy Policy explains how Sayo Designs (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit sayodesigns.com or contact us through the website. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you, and we don’t sell your data.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the project type(s) you select, your message, and any files you choose to upload. Our hosting provider also records standard, non-identifying technical logs (such as approximate region and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any project you engage us for. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and keeps it secure and running.
- Google receives your contact-form submission and any uploaded files, stores them in Google Drive and Google Sheets, and emails them to us.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies & analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful, it does not identify you personally.
Data retention
We keep contact-form emails for as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry or project, and then for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us. Just email sayo@sayodesigns.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals, and are not directed to children under 13.
